The Temple Land deal was closed on April 16,2009.

City of Bloomington is happy to see 'Hindu Temple' coming up on this site.
The Next Phase : The temple construction plans are in the making. The first phase will include grading of the ground, construction of a walkout basement and finishing of the interior with kitchen, meeting rooms, restrooms and other required facilities for getting an occupancy permit.
The exact layout and costs will be known only after many critical decisions are made by the
board of directors with input from the trustees and the devotees.
