Updated Covid-19 Guidelines
‍Given that the Covid-19 infection rate is now raised to MEDIUM level in our county (as per CDC county-wise map), please adhere to the following updated Covid-19 guidelines while visiting the temple. This may change if the infection rate level changes in the future.

‍

  • Please stay up to date with the Covid-19 vaccine and booster doses as per CDC guidelines.
  • Please do not visit Temple if you have Covid-19 symptoms or you’re in close contact with Covid-19 patient. Please get tested ASAP and follow CDC-recommended quarantine guidelines.
  • Wearing a mask while visiting the Temple is highly recommended. If you are at high risk for severe illness or you are not fully vaccinated, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask or take any other precautions, and adhere to those while visiting Temple.
  • Please continue to follow good hand hygiene.
  • Be respectful to all Temple volunteers & follow directions provided by them.

Shri Ramjanmabhoomi Prana Pratistha (SRJPP) program -Quiz

Location: HTBN

On the auspicious occasion of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Prana Pratishtha (SRJPP) in Ayodhya, the HSS Balagokulam is collaborating with HTBN to conduct the Ramayan Quiz as a part of a grand celebration on Sunday, 01/21. Let's make this event memorable by ensuring that many children participate.

Who: School children from KG to 12th grade.
Date: Sunday, 21st January 2024 at 9:00 AM
Location: Hindu Temple of Bloomington Normal. The deadline for enrollment is Thursday, 1/18.

Quiz syllabus: Any Ramayana. Questions will be about the life and times of Bhagavan Shriram.

Format:

  1. Register as a team of 3 children.
  2. Teams will appear for a paper pencil written test. It will be in a multiple-choice format.
  3. Top 5 teams will make it to a 5 round live quiz.
  4. Top 2 teams will be awarded prizes.
