Updated Covid-19 Guidelines
‍Given that the Covid-19 infection rate is now raised to MEDIUM level in our county (as per CDC county-wise map), please adhere to the following updated Covid-19 guidelines while visiting the temple. This may change if the infection rate level changes in the future.

‍

  • Please stay up to date with the Covid-19 vaccine and booster doses as per CDC guidelines.
  • Please do not visit Temple if you have Covid-19 symptoms or you’re in close contact with Covid-19 patient. Please get tested ASAP and follow CDC-recommended quarantine guidelines.
  • Wearing a mask while visiting the Temple is highly recommended. If you are at high risk for severe illness or you are not fully vaccinated, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask or take any other precautions, and adhere to those while visiting Temple.
  • Please continue to follow good hand hygiene.
  • Be respectful to all Temple volunteers & follow directions provided by them.

Dear Devotees and Supporters of Hindu Temple of Bloomington Normal (HTBN),

As part of the Varshikotsavam we will be publishing a Souvenir which will include advertisements from businesses and well-wishers. Our souvenir is a great place to advertise your business and share your well wishes for our temple. If you would like to place an Advertisement in the souvenir,

A Souvenir (booklet) will be distributed to all the devotees/visitors during the

event. It will include a detailed schedule for entire event, educational articles,

sponsorship opportunities, and other useful information.

We would like to invite you to sponsor an advertisement (business or personal)

for the souvenir. The pricing structure is as follows:

1. Back Outer Page: $1500

2.Back Inside Page: $1250

3. Front Inside Page: $1250

4. Full Page (anywhere in the booklet): $1,000

5. Half (1/2) page: $500

6. Quarter (1/4) page: $250

Additional information and advertisement specifications:

1. W9 Tax Identification Number 20-8070287

2. For quarter page advertisement the advertisement size is: 4 1/4” x 2 3/4”

or 2 ½ x 7 ½ inches

(Note: We like to keep 1/4” border space on the full page of 8 1/2” x 11”)

3. Half page dimension 7.5 inches width by 5 inches height, Full page 7.5

inches width by 10 inches height.

4. Advertisement can be in color or black and white, and MUST be in JPEG

format

5. JPEG should be a minimum of 300 DPI resolution and not stretched

Placement of advertisement in the booklet will be based upon when your

commitment or payment is received. Please submit your advertisement in high-

definition document format by May 30 th , 2026, at HTBNsouvenir@gmail.com

Your contribution (payable to HTBN) can be mailed to: The Hindu Temple of

hand over the check to the temple volunteer that contacted you.
